Role Description

This full-time Senior Accountant role is an on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the organization's financial reporting processes, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing month-end and year-end closings. The role also includes preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and offering any required support for audits. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Accountant is expected to provide insight and strategy for financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Accounting and Financial Reporting skills, including preparing financial statements and managing month-end/year-end closings
• Must be proficient is Tally Prime & Excel
• Financial Reporting and Analysis skills
• Experience in bookkeeping and record-keeping
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in other accounting software
• Complete Knowledge of TDS, GST and ITR Filing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
• Expertise in Budgeting and Financial Analysis, including creating forecasts and conducting variance analysis
• Proficiency in Compliance and Auditing processes, with knowledge of relevant accounting standards
• Experience with Financial Management software and tools
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and analytical mindset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar role
