Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager

Brief Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager to oversee the accounting functions for international subsidiaries and facilitate group consolidation efforts. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment while managing key financial reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for subsidiary entities. Support group consolidation efforts, including intercompany eliminations, foreign exchange translation, and necessary adjustments. Ensure compliance with statutory and tax filing requirements in relevant jurisdictions. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for each subsidiary location. Maintain intercompany reconciliations and assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation. Prepare consolidated financial statements in alignment with applicable accounting standards. Assist with audit coordination for both group-level and subsidiary statutory audits. Identify opportunities for process improvements in multi-entity reporting and financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally including tenure at a Big 4 accounting firm. Demonstrated experience in managing accounts for overseas or multi-jurisdictional companies and in group consolidation activities. Strong understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAP, with familiarity in multi-entity group structures considered a benefit. Proficiency in accounting software and consolidation tools such as Sage300, Quickbooks, or Netsuite. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in cloud-based, data center, or infrastructure/technology environments. Knowledge of intercompany transfer pricing and cross-border tax considerations.
