It is recognized as the first in the region to offer advanced medical care and emergency services. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a High Dependency Unit, various specialized ICUs, a comprehensive Cardiac Unit featuring a Phillips FD10 flat-panel CATH LAB, and an Endoscopy Room. With a forthcoming Oncology Unit, the hospital will also provide Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy, Surgery, and Pain & Palliative Care services, ensuring excellence in patient care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Dhanbad at Asarfi Hospital. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare budgets, analyze financial data, ensure regulatory compliance, and generate accurate financial reports. The role requires effective collaboration with other departments to support financial planning and ensure the hospital's financial stability and growth. The individual will also monitor internal controls and recommend financial strategies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes
• Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial tools
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with accuracy
• Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare sector accounting is advantageous
