Role Description

The Senior Accountant and Audit Staff role at ATJ & Co. LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Borivali. The role involves executing and leading audits, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, analyzing financial data, and maintaining accurate accounting records. This position also requires collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams while providing guidance to junior staff members.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Reporting, General Accounting, and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Audit Procedures, Risk Assessment, and Internal Controls
• Strong knowledge of Taxation Laws, Compliance, and Planning
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills coupled with Attention to Detail
• Proficiency with Accounting Software and Advanced Excel Skills
• Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration Abilities
• CA qualification or equivalent; Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are advantageous
• Relevant work experience in audit and accounting; experience in a professional services firm is preferred
