Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee daily accounting operations, including maintaining accurate financial records and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, participate in audits, reconcile accounts, and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve financial processes and provide strategic guidance will be critical responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Strong understanding of Tax Compliance, Auditing Standards, and Regulatory Requirements
• Experience with Financial Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• CA qualification is mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience, with prior experience in the food and beverage industry as a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
