Senior Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing budgets. The role also involves maintaining compliance with financial regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cost analyses, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for processing payroll, conducting audits, and supporting the organization with strategic financial insights.

• Strong knowledge of accounting practices, such as financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Analytical skills for financial data analysis and cost management
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA certification is a plus
• Work experience in corporate finance or accounting roles, preferably in the technology or retail industries
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Gurugram
