Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Sr. Account Manager Sales & Customer Success with strong experience in IT Services or IT Staffing. This role requires proven expertise in managing enterprise clients, growing strategic accounts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Retention
- Manage, retain, and expand Enterprise & Emerging accounts.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across IT Services, IT Staffing, and Managed Services.
- Build strong executive relationships with CXOs, Delivery Heads, and senior stakeholders.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue/margin targets.
Customer Success & Delivery Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client relationships.
- Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality fulfilment.
- Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and lead improvement actions.
- Handle escalations and ensure high client retention.
Sales Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Develop account plans, business strategies, and revenue forecasts.
- Lead contract renewals, rate negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and recruitment teams to create customized solutions.
- Track industry trends, competitor landscape, and account performance.
Market & GTM Support (Good to Have)
- Support leadership in GTM initiatives and expansion into new markets (including US region).
- Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and QBR/governance meetings.
Requirements
- 812 years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Sales within IT Services or IT Staffing (mandatory).
- Proven record of driving account growth, revenue expansion, and client retention.
- Strong understanding of Staffing Models: Contract, C2H, Permanent, Managed Services.
- Experience engaging and influencing CXO-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
Good to Have
- Experience with GTM strategy, US market expansion, or solution-based IT services sales.
