- Educational Qualification- Chartered Accountant is must. Additional qualification such as CMA/ CFA/ MBA will be preferred
- Work Experience- 10-15 years post qualification experience preferably in Infra Industry
Job Description
- Thorough knowledge of Revenue Recognition w.r.t. projects (CTC concept)
- Application of Ind AS such as leases, Fair valuation of Equity Investments
- Preparation of Cash flow statement, Segment reporting, various notes to Accounts such as Financial Ratios, Related Party transactions
- Ledger Scrutiny.
- Working knowledge of GST & IT TDS
- Advance tax computation
- Application/ Interpretation of clauses/ sections of Companies Act w.r.t. Directors Commission, CSR etc.
- Secretarial compliances such as MSME returns, Form DPT-3, providing financial data for Annual Return/ Annual Repo
Computer Literacy- Advanced Excel, Power Point Presentation.
