Role: Senior Account Manager
We are looking for a strategic, client-focused, and highly organized Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and drive growth across experiential, retail, and integrated marketing projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong agency experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Lead day-to-day communication with clients across multiple accounts
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies
- Present ideas, proposals, timelines, and campaign updates confidently
Campaign & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, events, activations, and launches
- Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, operations, and content
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality
- Maintain trackers, timelines, budgets, and status reports
Strategic Planning
- Contribute to campaign ideation, experiential concepts, and pitch strategies
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client business
- Support new business pitches and proposal development
- Stay updated on industry trends, nightlife culture, luxury, hospitality, and consumer behavior
Team Coordination
- Lead and mentor junior account executives and coordinators
- Ensure seamless collaboration between creative, operations, and client servicing teams
- Manage vendors, venues, artists, and partner coordination where required
Execution Oversight
- Be actively involved in on-ground execution during key events and activations
- Troubleshoot live-event challenges and ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all client deliverables
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in client servicing, experiential marketing, advertising, events, or brand management
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and experiential campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience handling multiple brands/projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Comfortable in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
- Experience in lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, fashion, or alco-bev industries preferred
