Senior Account Manager

Sri Tirumala Housing is looking for a highly capable and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team.

We are seeking a finance professional who can take ownership of accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and project-level financial coordination in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Salary: 50 K to 60 K /PM

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records

• Handle accounts payable, receivables, collections, payments and bank reconciliations

• Prepare MIS, financial statements and management reports

• Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements

• Monitor project-wise expenses, transactions and financial documentation

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and internal stakeholders

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts

• Identify discrepancies and maintain strong internal financial controls

• Provide accurate financial insights and reports to management

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and Advanced Excel

• Real estate or construction industry experience will be an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

• Ability to independently manage accounting functions and deadlines
