This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Account Manager located in the South Goa district. The Senior Account Manager will oversee customer accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client communications, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, maintaining records of customer interactions, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines and goals.

• Strong account management and client relationship management skills
• Expertise in sales strategy development and business growth planning
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation techniques
• Familiarity with the packaging or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in CRM software and record management
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
