LeewayHertz is seeking a Senior Account Manager to take end-to-end ownership of large, strategic enterprise accounts. This role serves as the single point of accountability for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, governance rigor, and commercial outcomes across complex AI and custom engineering engagements. This position represents the highest level of the account and delivery organization, requiring a seasoned client-facing leader who can simultaneously manage multiple high-value enterprise relationships, lead large cross-functional teams, and partner with CXO-level stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes through AI and advanced technology solutions. The Senior Account Manager for assigned accounts owns P&L, risk, growth, and long-term client trust.

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L and lifecycle accountability for large strategic enterprise accounts, encompassing revenue growth, margin protection, delivery excellence, and long-term account expansion.
  • Serve as the single accountable owner and final escalation authority for CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders, personally driving resolution of high-impact delivery, commercial, and relationship issues.
  • Own delivery and commercial outcomes for AI, Data, and Custom engineering programs, including R&D-heavy and evolving-scope engagements.
  • Protect and grow revenue by enforcing scope control, driving change requests, preventing revenue leakage, and ensuring strict adherence to commercial terms, SLAs, and contractual KPIs.
  • Lead high-scale, multi-program, multi-geography enterprise deliveries (typically 3050+ resources) with zero tolerance for missed commitments, delivery slippage, or quality degradation.
  • Own execution outcomes across timelines, budgets, quality metrics, and contractual KPIs, intervening decisively and course-correcting when delivery deviates from plan.
  • Establish and own WBR / MBR / QBR governance as executive business reviews focused on revenue, margin, risk, delivery predictability, and growth not status reporting.
  • Standardize and enforce enterprise-grade delivery, governance, and reporting frameworks across accounts to improve predictability, scalability, and profitability.
  • Own financial forecasting, capacity planning, pricing discipline, and cost optimization to ensure sustained margin improvement and leadership-level financial transparency.
  • Partner with finance, sales, and executive leadership to lead renewals, contract extensions, and commercial negotiations, directly influencing account growth and retention.
  • Build, lead, and hold accountable senior delivery leaders and managers, setting clear performance expectations and decisively addressing underperformance.
  • Drive a results-driven culture across teams accountability over effort, outcomes over activity.
  • Manage vendor and partner performance, ensuring third parties deliver measurable value without eroding margins or delivery quality.
  • Anticipate and neutralize delivery, financial, technical, and operational risks before they impact revenue, client confidence, or executive trust.
  • Partner with solution architects and engineering leadership to translate client business objectives into feasible AI delivery roadmaps, balancing innovation, scalability, compliance, and ROI.
  • Guide enterprise clients through AI maturity journeys, helping them move from experimentation to production-scale impact.

Requirements

Essential Skills

Job

  • 18+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Delivery, Program Management, or Enterprise Consulting for large-scale enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing large strategic accounts with complex, multi-program delivery models.
  • Strong expertise in CXO stakeholder management, executive escalation handling, and enterprise governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience overseeing Agile / Scrum delivery models and large, cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience delivering custom AI, digital, cloud, and platform-based solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with delivery management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, dashboards) for executive oversight and governance.

  • Experience managing global or multi-region enterprise clients.

  • Comfortable handling demanding enterprise clients and critical executive escalations.

Other Relevant Information

  • Bachelor's in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • This role carries full commercial and delivery authority for assigned accounts, with decision-making power across engineering, finance, and operations.
  • This role is critical to LeewayHertz's enterprise AI growth strategy and works closely with executive leadership to shape long-term client partnerships and revenue direction.
