US Staffing Account Manager - Night Shift - Hyderabad (On-Site).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing Implementation Clients
- Develop new business opportunities and generate revenue through strategic client engagement
- Handling accounts, particularly with Implementation Partners / SI Clients
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor management groups
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new staffing opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the US Staffing industry
- Strong network and relationships with Implementation Partners and SI Clients
- Demonstrated success in business development and account expansion
- Strong understanding of US IT Staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to consistently generate requirements and drive placements
