Job Summary
TheSr. Manager Accounts & Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving strategic financial planning. This role involves managing financial risks, optimizing financial performance, and providing leadership to the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making.
2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Oversee compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure operational efficiency.
4. Controlling on Accounts Receivables
5. Team Leadership
- Mentor and lead the finance team (accounting, tax,etc.).
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Advise the CEO/Board on financial performance and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, legal) to drive growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:CA
- Experience:10+ years in finance,
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and corporate finance.
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving.
