Introduction About Role
We're looking for Account Managers experienced in managing clients for performance marketing for DTC brands, people who are great understanding of creative + website + ads ecosystem, and have a master-level approach towards client management and timelines.
Here are the key responsibilities in a nutshell:
1. Manage the day-to-day internal operation coordination.
2. Manage the brands in terms of requirements, goals, communications & satisfaction.
Requirements that are must to have
- Coordinate the internal operation timelines on different platforms ads (FB, Google, Snapchat, Tiktok etc).
- Coordinate the requirements needed (creatives, website changes, etc.) to meet all goals for all clients month-on-month.
- Oversee deliverables - reports, text updates, etc.
- Sit over the bi-weekly and monthly client meetings.
- Review work, be on top of troubleshooting, and provide improvements
- Must keep the client updated about the current ongoings in ad accounts on weekly basis.
- Remain proactive and quick with communications
- Keep the Managers in the loop with the current numbers/issues/wins/client feedback for all partner brands in the info-download calls.
*Must have about 2+ years of experience in working for performance marketing agency.
Day-to-Day
- Daily check of all the accounts - as the first activity of the day. Clear out the agenda for the day's work by yourself and which account by any team member needs attention.
- Overlooking and improving the Creative Brief / Creative Requirements / Copywriting / Sales Trackers / Reports etc. to be done for brands.
- Being available for our scheduled calls with clients
- Lastely but most importantly focusing on the improvement of client satisfaction department.
