Role Overview
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of creative and production projects across design, video, and digital content. The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outputs within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign requirements to translate them into clear project briefs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of creative and production projects including design, video, and digital assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, motion, video, and production to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Track project timelines, manage scopes, and ensure adherence to budgets and delivery schedules.
Strategic Account Oversight
- Support clients with campaign planning, content strategy, and production recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all deliverables.
- Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal leadership, project managers, and creative teams to streamline workflow and optimize resources.
- Facilitate internal meetings, client reviews, and feedback loops to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Commercial & Operational Management
- Monitor account performance, manage project estimates, and oversee billing processes where required.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters and contribute to revenue growth of the account.
Skills & Qualifications
- 68+ years of experience in account management within advertising, marketing, or creative production agencies.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows including digital, design, and video.
- Excellent client servicing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with global brands and cross-functional teams is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a creative production or content production environment.
- Familiarity with integrated campaigns across digital and social platforms.
