Job Description

The Senior Account Manager Client Services will be responsible for managing key client relationships, leading account planning, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across teams. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to act as a trusted partner to clients while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective communication strategies
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

Campaign & Account Management

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across digital, social, print, and integrated platforms
  • Prepare and present client proposals, presentations, and campaign reports
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met without compromise on quality
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production, digital) for smooth execution

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Contribute to communication strategy, campaign ideation, and brand planning
  • Review creative outputs to ensure alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines
  • Provide clear and actionable feedback to internal teams
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Guide and mentor junior account managers and executives
  • Ensure proper briefing, delegation, and workflow management within the team
  • Act as a problem-solver for internal and client-related challenges

Process & Quality Control

  • Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and communication
  • Ensure adherence to agency processes and best practices
  • Manage scope changes, approvals, and client expectations effectively

Qualifications
