Role Overview
The Senior Account Manager Brand Experiences is responsible for leading client relationships,
driving conceptual development, and owning end-to-end delivery of brand experience projects.
The role requires translating client objectives into elevated, experience-led concepts and ensuring
seamless execution through strong team leadership, partner coordination, and operational
excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualisation & Ideation
- Lead and contribute to concept development and experience ideation in response to client briefs
- Drive creative direction, formats, and narrative in collaboration with internal teams
- Ensure concepts are strategically feasible, brand-aligned, budget-appropriate, and execution-ready
- Confidently present concepts internally and support client presentations
Client Servicing & Communication:
- Own day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted client partner
- Manage client communication, expectations, and feedback with confidence and discretion
- Translate client objectives into clear creative and executional direction
- Proactively identify risks, sensitivities, and dependencies
Project Ownership & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple brand experience and event-led projects
- Own timelines, budgets, scope management, and delivery standards
- Drive alignment across internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all project touchpoints
Internal Leadership & Process:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and alignment
- Guide and support Account Managers and Executives on assigned projects
- Ensure internal sign-offs and quality checks before client sharing
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets with foresight and discipline
- Follow internal servicing processes, escalation protocols, and reporting structures
On-Ground & Live Leadership:
- Lead on-ground execution with calm authority and attention to detail
- Manage vendors, partners, and talent on-site
- Ensure a seamless client experience during live days
Functional Scope:
The Senior Account Manager will lead and oversee coordination across:
- Creative concept leadership and curation
- Set, spatial, and communication design coordination
- Logistics, operations, and technical planning
- AutoCAD and 3D render coordination
- Talent and artist management
- Sampling, detailing, and executional consistency
- F&B coordination aligned to brand and guest profile
- Venue scouting, evaluation, and liaison
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong conceptual judgement and aesthetic sensibility
- Polished, authoritative client communication
- High level of ownership and organisational rigour
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Calm, solution-driven leadership in high-pressure environments
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in brand experiences, experiential marketing, or events
- Proven experience leading complex, live brand experience projects
- Experience managing teams, partners, and senior client stakeholders
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as required
