Role Purpose
This role exists to ensure that enterprise accounts are managed with strong ownership, operational
discipline, responsiveness, and contextual understanding. Success in this role looks like:

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Marketing & Account Management
- Build and manage strong working relationships with client stakeholders across B2B accounts
- Understand client business priorities, challenges, and marketing goals deeply
- Act as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams
- Bring proactive thinking, recommendations, and contextual understanding into ongoing engagements
2. Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Drive smooth day-to-day delivery across creative, digital, content, web, and campaign workstreams
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, responsiveness, and operational expectations are consistently met
- Improve delivery coordination, planning, reviews, and communication across teams
- Reduce operational gaps, rework, and workflow inefficiencies
3. Business Growth, Revenue & Account Health
- Meet revenue targets, support account growth through upsell opportunities
- Maintain visibility into account health, delivery risks, workload planning, and operational priorities
- Support business reviews, reporting, and internal planning discussions
- Help ensure accounts operate efficiently and sustainably
4. Team Coordination & Leadership
- Work closely with content, creative, digital, web, and production teams across projects
- Coordinate workflows and priorities across multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Mentor junior account managers or executives where required
- Build a culture of ownership, responsiveness, collaboration, and accountability
5. Problem Solving & Communication
- Handle delivery challenges, escalations, and changing priorities calmly and proactively
- Communicate clearly and effectively across clients, leadership, and internal teams
- Balance speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations in fast-moving environments
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project leadership roles within agency or marketing environments
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise client environments
- Experience managing integrated workstreams across content, creative, digital, web, and campaigns
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with strong operational thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Calm under pressure and comfortable handling ambiguity
