Senior Account Executive

Role Description

Wincanton Logistics is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Accounts to join our Kochi office. This role will support backend accounting operations for our Chennai team and play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities including invoices, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and basic GST/TDS work
• Maintain accurate accounting entries and documentation using Zoho Books
• Prepare MIS reports using Zoho Analytics and MS Excel
• Verify trip and billing data through Fleetx
• Coordinate with the Chennai accounts team via Microsoft Teams
• Assist in monthly closing activities and audit processes

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Experience: 58 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills
• Fluent in Tamil (mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Ability to work independently from Kochi while supporting Chennai operations
• Willingness to travel as and when required
