Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry who could benefit from our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in BTech or MBA from a reputed college.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to write compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
