This role also carries direct responsibility for outward foreign remittances — spanning Dubai, Singapore, the UK, and other jurisdictions — for both corporate and personal accounts, working closely with banks and internal stakeholders to keep the process compliant and on schedule. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination are essential, as the role interfaces with the wider organisation on a daily basis.

- Record day-to-day entries for payments, invoices, and receipts accurately and on time.
- Process and monitor outward foreign remittances to Dubai, Singapore, the UK, and other countries, for both corporate and personal accounts.
- Coordinate with banks and authorised dealers to complete remittance documentation and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review.
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts for the group's foreign companies, in addition to domestic entities.
- Independently prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for the group's foreign companies.
- Consolidate financials of the group's foreign companies for group-level reporting.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing, audit schedules, and balance sheet finalisation.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready books of accounts in Tally across all ledgers.
- Liaise across departments and with external stakeholders — banks, vendors, and auditors — to resolve queries and keep financial operations running smoothly.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during reconciliations.
Candidate requirements
- 6–7 years of post-qualification experience in accounts and finance, excluding time spent as an article or trainee at a Chartered Accountancy firm.

- Demonstrated experience handling foreign remittances — corporate and personal accounts — to Dubai, Singapore, the UK, and other countries.
- Proven ability to independently prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across the organisation and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of FEMA/RBI documentation for foreign remittances (e.g. Form 15CA/15CB).
