Job Description

Role: Senior Account Executive

Location: Bengaluru

What you'll do

As a Sr. Account Executive in our Finance team, you'll have the chance to:

Own Compliances (Direct, Indirect, Company secretarial, etc.).

TDS, GST, advance tax PF/ESI/PT workings, reconciliation, returns and compliances.

Preparation of Financial statements and Form 3CD.

Support in Statutory, Tax and transfer pricing audits and filings.

Leading the audit and closing audit queries independently.

Co-ordination with Company Secretary to ensure all compliances are in place.

Good working knowledge of accounting standards.

Monthly book closure process.

Forex revaluation, multi-currency bank reconciliations.

Employee expenses review and processing.

Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.

Plan, organise and manage your own workload.

Who are your stakeholders

External- Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors, Tax consultants (direct and indirect), Company Secretaries

Internal- Internal Auditors, Global Tax team, Global Finance team, India Finance team.

What you'll bring

Qualification CA qualified (6 months -3 years exp) with good taxation knowledge & exposure

Must have skills-

Experience in handling direct and indirect compliances.

Experience in preparation of financial statements and Form 3CD.

Experience in handling company secretarial compliance

An organized approach and excellent time management skills.

Good understanding of accounting processes and procedures.

Good communication skills, good level of English spelling and grammar.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent with MS excel, MS Office.

Excellent numeracy skills.

Big 5 article ship experience.

Good to have skills-

Experience in monthly book closure.

Basic knowledge of financial planning and analysis.

Personal traits-

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.

Accuracy and attention to detail

Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.

Motivated and ambitious.

Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision.

You are expected to keep all compliance on track.

Strengthen compliance practices for MIQ with reference to taxation,audit and transfer pricing

Enable clear coordination and visibility between local teams, global stakeholders, and auditors.

Bring strong ownership of statutory compliances by ensuring smooth
