Role: Senior Executive – Account Management (Media Mainline)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Account Management (Media Mainline) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of ATL media campaigns across television, print, radio, cinema, and outdoor platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess strong client servicing skills, media coordination experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, media partners, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of traditional media planning and integrated campaign management within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and business goals to support effective media solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including media planning, buying, creative, production, and strategy for smooth campaign execution.
- Ensure timely sharing of campaign updates, release schedules, reports, and status trackers with clients.
- Participate in client meetings, campaign reviews, and presentation discussions.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for account growth and integrated media solutions.
Media Planning & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and execution of ATL campaigns across television, print, radio, cinema, and outdoor media.
- Coordinate with media vendors, publishers, broadcasters, and partner agencies for campaign releases and implementation.
- Support preparation of media plans, release schedules, budgeting trackers, and campaign documentation.
- Monitor campaign timelines, media releases, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing post-campaign reports and media analysis.
- Ensure accuracy in release orders, media plans, scheduling, and billing coordination.
- Maintain campaign trackers, reports, media documents, and operational records.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Media Planning, Mainline Media, Account Management, or Client Servicing roles within advertising/media agencies.
- Strong understanding of ATL media including TV, print, radio, cinema, and outdoor advertising.
- Good understanding of media planning processes, campaign coordination, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
