About the Role
- You will own high-value US/APAC mid-market accounts, our fastest-growing region.
- Win faster with dedicated SDR/pipeline support and strong Solutions Engineering alignment for complex PoCs.
Responsibilities
- Run a disciplined outbound sales motion (strategic account mapping and prospecting) alongside your SDR team.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from deep discovery and custom technical validation to commercial negotiation.
- Apply structured frameworks (MEDDPICC / MEDDIC) to map buying committees, identify economic buyers, and accurately forecast revenue.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to build ROI-backed business cases for technical and business stakeholders (Heads of Data, CDOs).
- Maintain pristine CRM data hygiene to optimize pipeline visibility.
Qualifications
- 7+ years B2B SaaS sales experience; 3+ years consistent quota achievement.
- Proven track record of closing net-new mid-market business.
- Strong outbound sales motion and competitive deal management expertise.
- Experience selling data, analytics, infrastructure, or technical SaaS preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce/HubSpot and structured sales methodologies.
- Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling to CDOs/Head of Data Analytics (Ideal).
What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 7 - 15 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
- 3+ years of consistent quota achievement in net-new business.
- Strong experience driving multi-threaded outbound sales cycles.
- Comfort working aligned US business hours.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience selling technical products (data, analytics, DevOps, or infrastructure tools).
- Existing familiarity selling into the US market from an India-based hub.
