Senior Account Executive (Global IT Sales) - 86 Agency
Location: Onsite/Hybrid
Base Salary:INR 1.6L 2L per month
OTE:INR 5L 6.5L per month
Commission: Up to 10%
Target: $250K/month revenue

We are scaling aggressively and looking for a Senior Account Executive who can close high-value IT projects and dedicated engineering team contracts.
You will work directly with the founder and tech leads in a high-speed environment.
Role OverviewThis is a full-cycle sales role for someone who can independently own:
- Outbound + inbound
- Discovery calls
- Solution pitching
- Proposal structuring
- Negotiation
- Closing
You will use our existing automation engine (Lusha + Apollo+ LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and your own expertise to accelerate pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Sales Ownership- Generate and close new business for web, mobile, and dedicated team services
- Run discovery, requirement breakdown, and demos
- Present technical solutions with support from engineers
- Negotiate pricing, T&Cs, and close deals
- Maintain perfect CRM hygiene
2. Pipeline Creation & Management- Manage $2M$3M annual pipeline
- Drive prospecting through targeted ICP lists (FinTech, SaaS, Logistics, HealthTech, Sports, Retail, etc.)
- Leverage automation tools for scale
- Control 100150 targeted outreach activities/day (automation-supported)
3. Revenue Target Achievement- Push toward $250K/month in closed deals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
- Provide accurate sales forecasting
Required Experience- 510+ years selling IT services to international clients (US/UK/EU essential)
- Must have closed $50K$150K+/month consistently in previous roles
- Comfort selling:
- Custom app development
- Web & mobile projects
- Dedicated teams
- DevOps/Cloud/QA/UI/UX
- Proven ability to pitch to Founders, CTOs, VPs & Product Heads
- Excellent English communication & storytelling
- Strong negotiation & deal-structuring skills
- Ability to run the sales process independently
- High ownership, self-driven, and target-obsessed personality
CompensationBase Salary: INR 1.00 L 2.00 L per month
On-Target Earnings (OTE): INR 5L 6.5L per month
Commission Structure:Option 1:5% of total deal value (new clients)
Option 2:710% of net margin
Whichever is higher always in the candidate's favor.
Quarterly Bonuses:- 100% quota: 1 month base salary bonus
- 150% quota: 1.5 month base salary bonus
Annual Earnings Potential: INR 60L 80L+ (for strong performers)
Top 5% sales performers can exceed INR 1 Cr+
