Senior Account Executive

Originating as a family-owned inter-city cab service, the company now specializes in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and wedding logistics. Operating in 18 major cities across India, including Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, and Delhi, our diverse fleet of over 2,000 vehicles, ranging from luxury sedans to vintage cars and large buses, caters to unique event needs. This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, creating detailed proposals, overseeing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will also focus on analyzing market trends and providing strategic recommendations to enhance the company's competitive edge.

• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and account management
• Experience in sales strategy, business development, and market analysis
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, and delivering presentations
• Knowledge of event planning, logistics, and transportation management
• Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analytics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar business development or account executive role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Familiarity with MICE, wedding logistics, or luxury transportation sectors is a strong advantage
