Senior Account Executive Drive Enterprise Growth in AI-Powered HR Tech

This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals who want to do more than just close deals. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage enterprise clients across diverse industries
Close large enterprise deals through value-based, consultative selling
Identify and build new inbound lead generation channels
Nurture relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple levels
Mentor and guide Account Executives on best sales practices
Own team-level goals, manage data and reporting, and inspire the team to achieve targets
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
Proven experience in B2B technology sales
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate technology solutions
Analytical mindset to assess customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
Passion for delivering a superior customer experience
Management graduate with an engineering background preferred
48 years of relevant work experience
