The Role

We are looking for a killerAccount Executive who will help Bitscale:

  • Own the full sales cycle for the Indian market from qualified lead to closed-won
  • Build deep relationships with GTM leaders across India's fastest-growing companies
  • Scale our proven playbooks and create repeatable wins
What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Sales & Account Management

  • Run discovery calls, demos, and presentations with qualified prospects across India
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, build compelling business cases, and negotiate contracts to close deals
  • Own your pipeline from opportunity creation through contract signature and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers, conduct QBRs, and identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)
  • Turn customers into champions and generate referrals

Market Development

  • Execute on proven playbooks designed for the Indian market
  • Partner with SDRs to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence with product and marketing teams
  • Represent Bitscale at industry events and help refine our India GTM strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in CRM using MEDDIC or similar frameworks
Who You Are
  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing deals in India
  • You've closed $50K+ ARR deals and navigated enterprise buying processes
  • Deep understanding of the Indian SaaS ecosystem and comfortable selling to VP/C-level executives
  • Strong communicator in English and Hindi; numbers-driven and consistently hit quota
  • Expert with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) and the modern sales stack
  • Scrappy, resourceful, high-ownership mentality you figure it out and don't wait to be told
  • Excited about AI and automation in sales

Bonus Points: Sold GTM/sales tools, sold to sales leaders, PLG experience, built playbooks from scratch
