Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager Manufacturing / Healthcare / Automation Sectors to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expanding strategic accounts within the manufacturing, healthcare, and automation industries .

You will work alongside a collaborative cross-functional team including Sales Development, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, value-based solutions.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including lead generation and negotiating commercial terms, to achieve assigned revenue and booking targets.
  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with pre-sales and solution engineering teams to design and present customer-centric proposals that articulate clear Business Value and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and maintain accurate forecasting within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development or account management, specifically within the manufacturing, healthcare, or automation sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of solution-based selling and digital transformation trends within complex, long-cycle sales environments.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and relationship building, with the capacity to influence decision-makers through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred).
