We help brands generate high-performing ad creatives, catalog creatives, product photoshoots, and campaign visuals at massive scale using AI.

Today, large commerce brands spend crores every year on:

  • catalog shoots
  • campaign shoots
  • creative production

  • design teams
  • agency coordination
  • repetitive adaptation work

We believe this entire workflow is being rewritten by AI.

AdBanana enables brands to:

  • Generate fresh Meta ad creatives from product catalogs
  • Create premium AI photoshoots without physical shoots
  • Scale creatives across thousands of SKUs

The Opportunity

We are extremely early.

This role is for one of the first serious enterprise sales hires at AdBanana.

You will work directly with the founder and help close some of the largest retail, fashion, beauty, and commerce brands in India.

You will be speaking to:

  • Aditya Birla Fashion brands
  • D2C leaders
  • Enterprise retail groups
  • Fashion houses
  • Large e-commerce brands
  • Marketing teams spending crores on creatives every month

You are not joining a mature company with a fixed hierarchy.

You are joining at the stage where:

  • categories are being created,
  • the market is exploding,
  • AI is changing workflows globally,
  • and the early team will define the future leadership of the company.

If you perform exceptionally here, this role can evolve into:

  • Enterprise Sales Lead
  • Head of Enterprise Sales
  • VP Sales
  • Revenue Leader for India/global markets

We care far more about hunger, ownership, speed, intelligence, and communication than corporate polish.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Own enterprise sales conversations end-to-end
  • Close large Indian retail and commerce brands
  • Run discovery, demos, stakeholder management, proposals, negotiations, and pilots
  • Work directly with founders and product teams
  • Help shape enterprise GTM strategy
  • Build relationships with CMOs, founders, growth heads, e-commerce teams, and creative teams
  • Understand how AI changes commerce workflows and communicate that vision convincingly
  • Create urgency around AI adoption in visual commerce
  • Push deals forward aggressively and intelligently
  • Help build repeatable enterprise sales playbooks from scratch
What We're Looking ForMust Have
  • 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience selling software to:
  • enterprise brands,
  • retail companies,
  • e-commerce businesses,
  • marketing teams,
  • or agencies
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability
  • Ability to handle senior stakeholders confidently
  • Ability to independently run meetings and move deals forward
  • High ownership mentality
  • Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
Huge Plus
  • Experience selling MarTech, SaaS, AI, Ads, Creative, E-commerce, Analytics, or Marketing software
  • Existing network in retail/fashion/e-commerce
  • Experience handling enterprise ACVs
  • Strong understanding of Meta ads/performance marketing/e-commerce workflows
