Senior Account Executive (2-5 Years)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience and the ability to manage daily financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

What will you do:

Record and process journal entries for sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash, and other financial transactions.

Maintain accurate bank records and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.

Manage inter-company and intra-company loans and advances / Debtors & Creditors accounting.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate documentation.

Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting software.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a positive and composed manner.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
