Position: Senior Academic Counselor
We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Senior Academic Counselor with a proven track record in student recruitment and conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of major study destinations including the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities.
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Guide students through admissions, applications, and visa processes.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in overseas education counseling.
- Proven track record of achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Strong student conversion and lead management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand admissions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Consistent high performers with strong previous results will be given preference.
