Role Description

The Senior Academic Counselor is responsible for guiding students through the entire study abroad journey, from initial consultation to successful enrollment. This role involves understanding student profiles, recommending suitable universities and programs, and ensuring a seamless application and visa process.

The candidate will handle complex cases, provide personalized counseling, and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions. In addition to achieving enrollment targets, the Senior Academic Counselor will play a key role in mentoring junior team members, improving counseling quality, and contributing to overall business growth.

A strong understanding of international education markets (such as the UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada), along with excellent communication and conversion skills, is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 2+ years in study abroad counseling
• Strong destination knowledge (UK, Europe, Australia, Canada)
• Proven conversion and target achievement
• Excellent communication and student handling skills
• Team handling experience preferred
