This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Academic Counsellor located in Gurugram. The role involves guiding and advising students on their academic and career goals, assisting them with exam preparation strategies, and addressing their academic queries. The counsellor will develop personalized study plans, conduct regular counseling sessions, and ensure students are motivated throughout their learning journey. Collaboration with faculty and providing structured feedback to improve academic programs is also an essential part of this role.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education
• Ability to motivate and guide students through competitive exam preparation
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in working with students or educational programs is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field
• Understanding of veterinary education or competitive exam preparation is preferred
