Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Kochi. The Academic Counsellor will interact with students to provide guidance on educational programs and career paths. Key responsibilities include counseling students on course options, assisting with academic decisions, offering career advice, and serving as a point of contact for student inquiries. The role also involves helping students through admission processes and organizing informational sessions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Career Counseling and providing tailored guidance
- Background in Education or a related field
- Empathy, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Organizational skills for managing multiple student profiles and academic records
- Relevant certifications or previous experience in academic guidance or career counseling are advantageous
