Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Understand candidates career goals and recommend suitable academic programs.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
Address student queries related to courses, eligibility, fees, admissions, and career opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
Experience in selling UG/PG programs is mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
