Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Academic Counsellor. The role involves guiding students in academic planning and career development, providing sound advice suited to their aspirations. The counsellor will engage with students and parents, conduct career counseling sessions, design personalized action plans, and provide ongoing support in achieving their goals. Additional responsibilities include tracking progress, addressing challenges, and collaborating with institutions to maximize student success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate advice and feedback
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education guidance
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and colleagues
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience in academic counseling or career guidance is advantageous
