Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Academic Counsellor specializing in B2C sales for a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will provide personalized academic and career counseling services to guide students in their educational and career decisions. Key responsibilities include engaging with students and their families, understanding their goals, assisting in creating tailored education plans, and driving enrollments by actively promoting our programs and services. You will also provide expert advice on available educational pathways, facilitating a supportive and informed decision-making process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong skills in Academic Advising and Education
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and empathy
- Demonstrated ability to guide students in academic and career pathways
- Proficiency in building relationships and facilitating effective consultations
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in academic or career counseling is highly desirable
