Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, for a Senior Academic Counsellor. The role involves providing personalized academic and career guidance to students, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, assisting with academic planning, and offering advice about career paths, programs, and institutions. The Senior Academic Counsellor will also collaborate with educational stakeholders to ensure a supportive and resourceful environment for students.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and educational stakeholders
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and knowledge of educational systems
- Experience in providing guidance related to education and career development
- Empathy and a student-focused approach to understand individual needs
- Relevant experience or qualifications in education, counseling, or a related field
