Job Overview
We are hiring an Abroad Education Tele calling with over 1 years of experience to join our team at Global Quest . As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students seeking overseas education opportunities. This is an onsite position based in Hyderabad, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 02 years of experience in:
- Telecalling / Customer Support
- Counseling / Career Guidance
- Education consultancy / Overseas admissions
- Sales or Lead Conversion roles
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
- Experience with CRM software or lead-management tools is beneficial.
- Ability to update and maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in overseas education.
- Explain study-abroad options, course availability, countries, and admission timelines.
- Handle inbound inquiries from students and parents with accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and student-friendly approach during every interaction.
- Identify genuine leads by understanding the student's academic background, financial capability, and study preferences.
- Categorize leads based on interest level and eligibility.
- Schedule follow-up calls, counseling sessions, or appointments with senior education consultants.
