Team:Digital - ERP & Corporate Functions team

Mission: Building best-in-class digital organization with S4HANA as backbone

Duration: 6 monthsinitial, extendable

Start: Immediate

Roles and Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills (Non-negotiable)

Technical Expertise (8+ years):

  • Core: S4HANA ABAP Development, RICEFW, ABAP OO, CDS, ODATA, Native HANA
  • Workflow: SAP Workflow, BRF+
  • Integration: ALE/RFC/Idocs, Webservices, OData, SOAP, RESTful
  • Tools: ADT, ATC,VForge, Code Inspector, Solman, JIRA
  • Methodologies: ITIL, Agile/Scrum

Experience:

  • S4HANA implementation + lifecycle projects
  • Reusable object development (CDS, ABAP methods, BAPIs)
  • Production issue resolution
  • Knowledge transfer & team upskilling

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • SAP BTP & CAP developments
  • TIBCO, Informatica experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of SAP technical roadmaps

Must demonstrate:

  • Global stakeholder management
  • Conflict resolution in multinational teams
  • Entrepreneur mindset with leadership attitude
  • Exceptional communication (written/oral)
  • Team player embodying: teamwork, integrity, respect, courage

Education: Bachelor's in IT/Engineering
