Job Title: Senior ABAP Developer

About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, hands-on development skills, and proven experience in driving successful migration initiatives. This role requires the ability to design, develop, and optimize ABAP solutions while collaborating with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop, enhance, and optimize ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization for ABAP applications.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers.
- Work in a hybrid model (onsite in Hyderabad + remote collaboration).
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Proven track record of ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects (minimum 2–3 projects preferred).
- Strong expertise in RICEF objects and custom developments.
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certifications in ABAP or S/4 HANA.
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to Fiori/UI5 or other modern SAP technologies.
