Role Overview

The Senior 3D Visualizer plays a critical role in bringing design concepts to life through high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations. This role demands a detail-oriented and creative professional who can translate architectural plans, sketches, and concepts into compelling visual narratives.

You will work closely with design teams to ensure that every visualization accurately reflects design intent while maintaining high standards of realism, aesthetics, and quality. This is a fast-paced, execution-driven role requiring both technical expertise and creative excellence.

You are a visual storyteller who understands space, lighting, materials, and composition — and can transform ideas into impactful visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualization & Modeling Excellence

• Create detailed and accurate 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts.

• Translate design intent into high-quality visual outputs for interior projects.

• Ensure precision, scale, and proportion in all models.

Texturing, Lighting & Rendering

• Apply realistic textures and materials to enhance visual quality and design accuracy.

• Implement advanced lighting techniques to achieve photorealistic outputs.

• Produce high-quality renders using tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona.

Design Collaboration & Interpretation

• Work closely with interior designers and project teams to understand design concepts and requirements.

• Interpret technical drawings and convert them into visually compelling 3D outputs.

• Ensure alignment between design vision and final rendered output.

Image Production & Post-Production

• Deliver high-quality still images and visual assets for presentations and client reviews.

• Perform post-production using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual appeal.

• Maintain consistency in visual quality and presentation standards.

Planning & Timely Delivery

• Manage multiple visualization tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned work without compromising on quality.

• Work in a fast-paced environment with agility and responsiveness.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain high standards of visual quality, realism, and detailing.

• Continuously upgrade skills and stay updated with the latest visualization trends and tools.

• Contribute to improving visualization workflows and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in interior design projects.

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, rendering, and post-production workflows.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design documents.

• Proven experience in producing high-quality, photorealistic visualizations.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
