3D Designer – Senior Executive
About The Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer – Senior Executive with strong experience in commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design visualization.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating high-quality photorealistic renders, developing 3D models from 2D drawings, and supporting design presentations through compelling visual storytelling.
Candidates from commercial real estate, workplace interiors, architecture, or design & build companies are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Architects to understand design intent
- Develop detailed 3D models from 2D drawings and layouts
- Create photorealistic interior and exterior renders
- Interpret concept designs into compelling visual presentations
- Support client pitches and presentations with high-quality visual outputs
- Customize renders based on client feedback and preferences
- Create quick visualization outputs during client discussions and negotiations
- Build and maintain an internal design asset library for faster turnaround
- Ensure consistency and high quality across all rendered outputs
- Collaborate with internal design and project teams to meet deadlines
Mandatory Skills & Experience- 3–6 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs/workplace design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or related field
- Strong portfolio in 3D visualization and rendering
- Expertise in:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- Lumion
- Photoshop
- Equivalent rendering tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Materials
- Lighting
- Spatial visualization
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
