Job Overview: Rendering, creating models, lighting and walk through with minimum 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects.

Render photorealistic images and animations using industry-standard software.

Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the visualization process.

Implement lighting techniques to enhance the visual impact of the 3D models.

Create walk-through and fly-through animations to showcase architectural designs.

Maintain a strong understanding of current trends and best practices in 3D visualization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.

Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, corona.

Strong artistic and technical skills with an eye for detail.

Excellent knowledge of lighting techniques and materials.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
