Job Overview: Rendering, creating models, lighting and walk through with minimum 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects.

· Render photorealistic images and animations using industry-standard software.

· Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.

· Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the visualization process.

· Implement lighting techniques to enhance the visual impact of the 3D models.

· Create walk-through and fly-through animations to showcase architectural designs.

· Maintain a strong understanding of current trends and best practices in 3D visualization.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.

· Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, corona.

· Strong artistic and technical skills with an eye for detail.

· Excellent knowledge of lighting techniques and materials.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
