Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Senior 3D Visualizer is based in Bengaluru North. The individual will create high-quality 3D visualizations for architectural projects, collaborating with architects and designers to produce accurate and aesthetically pleasing representations of residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models, rendering imagery for presentations and marketing, and ensuring that all visualizations align with the company's standards of design excellence and innovation. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously and staying updated with the latest design software and visualization trends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or Lumion.
• Experienced in visualization techniques, including lighting, texturing, and composition for architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of spatial design, engineering principles, and architectural detailing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects and designers to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Highly skilled in graphic design tools for presentations and marketing materials.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Experience in real estate or architectural visualization is preferred.
