Senior 3D Reconstruction Engineer (Lead)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior 3D Reconstruction Engineer (Lead) positioned at our Indore office. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced 3D reconstruction algorithms and solutions. Key responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative 3D technologies, optimizing algorithms for real-time processing, and applying techniques like structure-from-motion and multi-view stereo for 3D model generation. The candidate will also mentor team members, ensure adherence to project timelines, and maintain high-code quality standards.

• Proficiency in 3D computer vision technologies such as structure-from-motion, multi-view stereo, and point cloud reconstruction
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and familiarity with libraries such as OpenCV, PCL, or similar
• Experience with algorithms for image processing, feature extraction, and machine learning
• Deep understanding of optimization techniques, 3D geometry, and linear algebra
• Exposure to tools and frameworks for real-time 3D rendering and gaming engines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to guide the engineering team
• M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Vision, or a related field
• Knowledge of hardware acceleration, parallel programming, and GPU-based computation is a plus
