Role Description The Senior 3D Designer Events role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will conceptualize and design 3D event environments, including stages, booths, installations, and experiential zones aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models and renders, developing lighting plans, and collaborating with creative directors, account managers, and production teams to translate concepts into build-ready designs. The Senior 3D Designer will refine designs based on feedback, prepare presentation-ready visuals, and ensure design feasibility within project timelines and budgets. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices in event and experiential design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for events, exhibitions, and experiential spaces.
• Capability in Graphic Design to develop event branding elements, layouts, and supporting visual assets.
• Experience with Animation to produce motion visuals, walkthroughs, or dynamic presentations for clients.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proven experience in event or exhibition design, ideally in a senior or lead role within an agency or event firm.
• Strong visualization, storytelling, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and spatial planning.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
