We're Hiring | Mobile Performance Marketing – Sales ( Sense Digital)

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Role: Mobile App Performance Marketing – Sales

What will you be doing

• Drive new business & revenue growth across mobile App performance marketing

• Acquire and build relationships with Direct Advertisers, Brands, App marketers & Agencies

• Identify and convert new opportunities through prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, referrals & industry connections

• Engage with Growth, UA & Performance Marketing teams to understand their objectives and pitch the right solutions

• Own the sales journey — from prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → account growth

• Negotiate budgets, payouts, KPIs and commercials

• Work closely with internal campaign & operations teams to launch and scale campaigns

• Drive upselling, cross-selling and long-term client relationships

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify prospective clients by tracking funding rounds, emerging brands, online traffic trends, and competitive landscape.
• Execute daily outreach activities including online and in-person meetings to generate and nurture leads.
• Present and explain company offerings, including inventories, supply and services through effective decks and discussions.
• Use Excel and basic formulas for data analysis, reporting and pipeline tracking.

We're looking for someone who has:

5–8 years of experience in AdTech / Digital Advertising / Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing / Mobile Marketing

Strong understanding of Mobile App Marketing & User Acquisition

Proven experience in new client acquisition and revenue generation

Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Existing Advertiser / Agency / App marketer network is a big plus

Exposure to MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular or Kochava is preferred

A strong hunter mindset - someone who enjoys opening new doors, building relationships and closing business.
